Originally from a military family, Patty has lived all over the world before choosing to call the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania home. Her diverse background allows her to connect easily with people from all walks of life and adapt quickly to changing situations — a skill that proves invaluable in real estate negotiations and problem solving.

As a mother of two, proud aunt, loyal friend, and lifelong people-person, Patty brings warmth, positivity, and energy into both her personal life and professional relationships. She’s known for her upbeat personality, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to make clients feel comfortable even during stressful transactions.

Before becoming a Realtor, Patty built a successful career leading and managing sales teams for a large financial institution. That experience sharpened her skills in communication, leadership, negotiations, and client advocacy - all of which now directly benefit her real estate clients throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding Pennsylvania markets.

Patty specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, sellers, and investors understand their options and feel empowered throughout the process. She is especially passionate about educating clients on financing programs, local market opportunities, and strategies they may not even know are available to them.

She also works closely with urban developers and has experience with new construction homes, fully renovated properties, and revitalization projects throughout the Allentown and Bethlehem areas. Her approach centers around relationship building, creative problem solving, and staying ahead of the constantly evolving real estate landscape so clients always have the most current information possible. Patty specializes in both rural and urban areas around New Tripoli, Allentown, Bethlehem, and surrounding areas.  Don't let that fool you though: Patty still offers services in from Philadelphia to the Poconos and everything in between.
