In addition to his educational career, Brad brings extensive professional sales and business experience to real estate. He has worked as a Sales Associate with Connoisseur Media and Fanelli Home Improvements, where he developed expertise in marketing, customer service, relationship building, and client advocacy. Brad is also the owner of Hey Brad LLC, a business specializing in general home improvements. Through his hands-on experience with home maintenance, repairs, remodeling projects, and property improvements, he provides clients with valuable insight into a home's condition, renovation potential, and opportunities to maximize property value. This unique background enables him to offer practical guidance that extends well beyond the buying and selling process.

Brad is a graduate of Pottsville Area High School and East Stroudsburg University, where he competed as a member of the university wrestling team. He later earned his Master's Degree from Wilkes University, reflecting his lifelong commitment to education, professional growth, and serving others.

Deeply rooted in the Lehigh Valley, Brad is an active parishioner at Saint Joseph the Worker Parish and a proud member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors® Association. Brad and his wife have been happily married for more than 20 years and are the proud parents of two children. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching, tackling home improvement projects, supporting local athletics, and enjoying the outdoors.
